The present research reflects the importance in statistics of the group indexes numbers
which express the dynamic of the continuous variables. The purpose of this paper consists
in reflecting increasing Mean Time in the case of the continuous working concerning the
blocks for the electronic command of the liner aircrafts BAC 1-11 achieved by British
Aerospace firm.

In this study, we used a comparative research on the selected countries in setting the local
market to identify solutions for Market Regulation Subsystem. We initially identified the
system of market regulating and strategies. Based on strategic business success measures
in regulating the local market, we selected six countries named the United States, Turkey,
Malaysia, South Korea, China and India and identified their missions and strategic planning
to regulate their local market. We presented the status of the selected countries and
compared them to Iran, and made solutions to develop the subsystem for local market
regulation of Iran.

The paper follows two main objectives: to understand consumers’ perception of safety
trasability and quality of fishery products and to identify communication levers in order to
improve the perceived image of fishery products. The present research is focused on the
fishery products, regardless of their presentation – fresh, frozen or processed. This paper
conducted a questionnaire survey of Romanian consumers’ perception toward fishery
products. The empirical study with brands indicated that consumers are different
awareness to domestic and foreign safety fish products. National fishery products got more
attention from the consumers.

Investments in Human Capital in Romania
Moisescu, Florentina; Manole, Madalina Cosmina; Dăscăleanu, Cristina Georgiana
The human capital represents the most important investment made both by state and
companies and also individually for the education and development of skills, knowledge,
qualifications and capabilities of individuals, in order to obtain various incomes from
certain economic activities. Both the expenses made for education and long term benefits
influence the value of the investment in education. The analysis performed on the
Romanian economy shows that between the educational level and the income, there is a
positive relationship as the one, that numbers are showing with no doubt, between the
manpower occupancy and the education period (the amount of investments in human
capital). Therefore, the analysis of the Romanian labor market shows that the most affected
by unemployment are the individuals with a modest education level while persons with a
university degree suffer less from this phenomenon.
