Determination of the limited forces – in case of the mechanisms actioned by the alignmed of the hydraulic cylinders is a very difficult problem to be realized very exactly. This paper presents a numerical method with a preciss calculation which can be controlled based on the high speed of calculation of the electronical systems. This process allow the introduction, if is necessary, to another functional limitations.

The workpaper proposes a computer assisted modality of projection in order to obtain casting semiforms, starting from the 3D totally standardized model of the casting piece. The advantage of such a method is that the changing of the casting piece parameter values induces an instant changing of the semiforms at the new dimensions of the casting form.

By means of an original numerical method, the authors study the influence of the parameters of the worm-gearing tooth (diametral quotient, radius of profile curvature, profile angle of the worm, number of gear teeth) on its rigidity. In this work presented the experimental research realized on the stand in the laboratory. The experimental researches have as the goal the study of the influence the frequency vibration of the work device concerning the railway consolidation. The utility of correlations knowledge dislocation force and transversal displacement of the half-sleeper is obvious by offering information concerning the stabilization process of the railway superstructure.
