Managementul situațiilor conflictuale și de criză : rolul serviciilor speciale în gestiunea acestora

Abstract

The determination of a topology of crises is not possible without deciphering and accepting the causes that generate them. Regarding these causes, most specialists of this domain estimate that the most frequent are the economic, political, social, religious, and ethnical ones, to which some other elements can be added, like: the category of the parties directly involved, the short or medium term consequences that they could produce, the intensity of their interactions, and last but not least the external support, the logistic backup.
