The emergence and self-organization have been extensively studied in Multi-Agent Systems comprising simple, ant-like agents. When it comes to human multi-agent systems, the inter-agent, and agent-environment interactions are much more complex, and difficult to model. This paper presents several use cases wherein the indirect coordination mechanisms based on behavior implicit communication between cognitive agents lead to interesting practical applications. Without aiming to propose any theoretical generalization, the examples outlined here may contribute to a better understanding of human multi-agent systems.en_US
