Researches of Distribution of Loading on Coils of Running Pair of the Latch

Abstract

This paper gives the calculation procedure of pressure distribution on coils of running pair of latch at various loading schemes. Recommendations are provided for the choice of loading schemes of running pair, which ensure more uniform distributions and therefore, considerably reduce the wear of coils by means of constructive changes in a latch.
