dc.description.abstractThe organization’s responsiveness represents an important concept related to both performance and market environment. This empirical study analyzes the relationship between responsiveness and organizational culture in the context of Romanian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The country offers a business context with many changes over the last two decades, a challenge and an opportunity for researchers. Results show that the combination of entrepreneurial cultural characteristics and planning and goal oriented managerial styles suits best successful companies. Dimensions of responsiveness are identified and their relationships with different types of organizational culture are analyzed.en_US
