Abstract
Drugs are essential for health and for the populations survival. Promoting the access to drugs means respecting the right to life, the guarantee to be able to benefit from the technological discoveries and the acknowledgement of human health, are principles acknowledged in many international treaty’s. This is a key factor in order for success in the battle against diseases and it is directly related with the level of development and efficiency of the national health systems. All the organisations, indifferent of the industry they are part of or of its size, are permanently exposed to the process of change, and the speed of change is always increasing. Change leads to the permanent necessity for companies to come in line with the whole economic process. Terms known as sustainability and responsibility are key words on the agenda of many companies, but these aspects imply the existence of organizational structures that take into account the present and future dynamic of the business environment.
